As part of your home party,  you will be provided with a general electronic letter that can be copied and distributed to family friends and relatives for all members of your organization. You will also be provided with sample text that you can use to email individuals about your fundraising efforts.

How much free merchandise can I obtain through a home party?

There are many factors that determine the amount you can make from a home party. These include customer response, length of the time the fundraiser is held, and how many people decide to hold a successful home party..

In general, you can expect to earn $20 in free merchandise for every $100 in sales. You will also earn $20 in additional free merchandise for anyone that holds a successful home party. A successful home party is defined as a home party where at least $75.00 in sales is made.  Shipping and any applicable taxes are not included when calculating the total amount sold for a given home party.

How soon will I receive my free merchandise?

You will receive a coupon or gift certificate for the total amount in free merchandise earned. Instructions on how to redeem the certificate or gift certificate will be provided as well. The coupon of gift certificate will be provided to you within 30 days after the last home party you have obtained is successful.  For example, if you have a home party beginning June 30th, and three of your friends decide to have a home party, which begin on July 10th, July 25th and August 3rd, you will receive the coupon or gift certificate for free merchandise earned within 30 days after the August 3rd party has $75.00 in sales.  This will give customers sufficient time to take advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee that we offer on all our products.

How long can I hold a home party?

Home parties can be held for a period of two weeks to four weeks.

What if I don't have a successful home party?

Even if you do not have a successful party, we will offer you a special discount or promotion as a "thank you" gift for holding a home party.

How do discount coupons and gift certificates affect my home party?

If a customer uses a discount coupon during a home party, your party credit will be calculated based on the resulting selling price of the item(s) after the discount is applied.

If a customer purchases a gift certificate, you will receive credit for the purchase less any discounts that may be applied during the purchase.

If I have a home party and someone orders an item after the close of the party, or someone decides to hold a party after the close of my home party, will I still get credit for it?

Yes, provided that the customer supplies your reseller code, you will receive credit for the order placed or the party held following the guidelines mentioned above. However, gift certificates or coupons for home party orders or referred home parties will only be sent out four times a year (January, April, July, October) following the "last successful party" guideline above.

What if a customer forgets to enter the referral ID code?

During the checkout process, you will notice a field marked "Reseller, Fundraiser or Home Party ID (if any)". This is where you will want to enter the reseller code.

If you forget to enter a reseller code, you can enter the information on the following form: http://creters.com/orderexit.html.

To make sure that everyone gets proper credit for orders placed, if we do not receive a referral ID code by either of the two methods mentioned above, we email the customer to ask if they have a referral ID code to provide.

Wouldn't it be easier if we just give you email addresses and you contact potentail home party participants with the information?

We have found that there is a greater response to home parties if the email or announcement comes from you. Email sent by us would seem less personal and would more likely be considered "spam" and disregarded or discarded.

What happens with email addresses you obtain as part of this home party?

Please be assured that email addresses obtained as part of the fundraiser are not distributed or sold to anyone else. We may contact past customers on your behalf with promotional and special offers to generate repeat sales to help you earn additional free merchandise. If you prefer that we do not make repeat contact with customers, you can indicate that on the online form to request a home party. Any email sent to customers will also give them the opportunity to "opt-out" of the mailings as well.

How soon can a customer expect their order?

Orders are processed within 48 hours after we receive them. Customers can expect to receive their order within 3 to 4 weeks after it is placed. All orders are shipped standard ground shipping via UPS. In unusual cases, we can ship by other methods, but an additional shipping charge will be incurred.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged for any purchases made within the state of Ohio.

No sales tax is charged for out of state purchases. However, most states now require that consumers keep track of their out of state purchases and are sometimes required to pay a "sales use" tax when filing their regular income tax returns. For that reason, we supply each customer with a year-end summary of their purchases for tax purposes.

Other than copying and distributing any literature that we provide you or emailing a few friends and family, there is nothing else you will need to do. Everything from order placement, to shipping, to possible returns as well as any questions or problems the customer may have is handled by us.

What if the customer needs to return something?

The customer should contact us directly to arrange a return and refund. Of course, any returns will be factored your total sales for your home party and may affect the total amount of free merchandise you are entitled to.
